Booking, Cancellations, and No-Shows
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellation Fee Handling
If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, or if you miss your appointment entirely, your $60 booking fee will be kept on your account. This balance will be applied directly toward your next available appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate the next scheduled patient. Arriving significantly late may result in a forced cancellation, and the standard booking fee policy will apply.
Payments, Pricing, and Taxes
Accepted Payment Methods
For your convenience, we accept Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Cash, and Zelle payments. All payments must be settled at the time of service.
State Service Tax
In accordance with state tax regulations, the appropriate state sales tax will be added to all services and treatments at checkout.
Pregnancy and Nursing Policy
Safety Limitations
The safety of medical-grade aesthetic treatments during pregnancy is still under clinical study, and there are no strict universal guidelines on what to use or avoid. Therefore, Reviva strongly advises you to avoid injectables, fillers, lasers, weight loss treatments, and peptides while you are pregnant or nursing.
OB/GYN Approval
We highly recommend asking for and obtaining approval from your OB/GYN for any skincare or aesthetic recommendations during this time.
Mandatory Disclosure
Please notify our staff immediately if you are pregnant, nursing, or if there is a possibility that you may be pregnant before any treatment begins.
Pre-Care and Post-Care Instructions
Injections (Pre & Post-Care)
You must strictly avoid alcohol and blood thinners for 24 hours before and 24 hours after receiving any injection treatments to minimize bruising and complications.
Sun Exposure
Exposure to sunlight should be strictly avoided immediately following any HydraFacial or laser treatments to protect your skin barrier and prevent hyperpigmentation.
Filler Settling Period
Please note that dermal fillers typically take 1 full week to completely set into the tissue.
In-Office Observation and Follow-Ups
Post-Filler Mandatory Wait
After receiving filler injections, patients are not allowed to leave the clinic for 1 hour. This mandatory observation window allows our medical staff to monitor you closely for any immediate adverse reactions or vascular issues.
Two-Week Follow-Up
A mandatory 2-week follow-up appointment is required after all injectable and filler treatments. This follow-up is provided as a free consultation to evaluate your healing and results.
Adverse Reactions and Emergency Protocols
Contacting the Clinic
If you experience an adverse reaction to any treatment after leaving our clinic, please contact us immediately at 804‑604‑1233.
Emergency Protocol
Children, Minor Guests, and Safety
Examination Room Restriction
Due to the presence of medical devices, sharp instruments, and lasers, children aged 10 and below are strictly prohibited inside the examination and treatment rooms during any procedure.
Supervision Requirement
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied and actively supervised by an adult at all times in the reception area while you are in your consultation or treatment room. Clinic staff cannot act as chaperones or babysitters.
Refunds, Returns, and Sales Finality
All Sales Are Final
We do not offer product returns, exchanges, or refunds of any kind. All retail product sales and medical treatments are final.
Treatment Outcomes
Clinical outcomes vary based on individual anatomy, genetics, and post-care compliance. While we strive for optimal aesthetic results, medical procedures are non-refundable.
Privacy, Records, and Photography
Clinical Documentation
Before-and-after photography is a mandatory part of your clinical medical chart to track, evaluate, and safely document your treatment progress.
Media Consent
Your clinical photographs will remain strictly confidential and will never be used for marketing, website galleries, or social media without your explicit, separate written consent.
